At Ready Set Test, we strive to provide high-quality mock tests and study materials. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any purchases.

Refund Policy

  • Payments made for mock tests and study materials are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
    • Double payment or multiple charges for the same service
    • Technical errors preventing access to purchased content
    • Service not provided as described
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
  • All refund requests should be sent to readysetest321@gmail.com with the following information:
    • Your registered email address
    • Order/Transaction ID
    • Reason for refund request
    • Any relevant screenshots or documentation

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations of purchased services are not allowed once a mock test has been accessed.
  • If you haven't accessed the mock test yet, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Subscription plans cannot be cancelled after the cooling-off period (first 24 hours).

Processing Time

  • Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
